These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all apps published by Vrionix Labs. By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any app published by Vrionix Labs, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
02 Description of Service
Vrionix Labs builds small, focused Android apps designed to help you make progress in everyday life. Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.
03 Use of the App
You agree to use our apps only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any app, except where permitted by law.
- Use any app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of an app or its underlying systems.
04 Intellectual Property
All app names, logos, designs, and content created by Vrionix Labs are our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
05 User Conduct
You are responsible for how you use our apps. Because our apps store data locally on your device (see our Privacy Policy), you are also responsible for keeping your device secure and your information backed up where needed, since locally stored data cannot be recovered by us if lost.
06 Third-Party Services
Our apps may, now or in the future, include third-party services such as Google AdMob or Google Play Services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and Vrionix Labs is not responsible for the practices of third parties.
07 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that any app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any estimates or insights it provides will be perfectly accurate. Our apps are not a substitute for professional medical, fitness, or other specialist advice.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vrionix Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps, including loss of data stored locally on your device.
09 Termination
You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any app, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
10 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or changes to our apps. Continued use of our apps after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any consumer right that cannot be waived or restricted under the applicable laws of your country or region of residence. Where such non-waivable rights apply, this section shall be read subject to them, and shall not be interpreted to reduce the protections you are otherwise entitled to.
